Salary: $90,000 – $135,000

What you will do

• Manage and oversee a growing portfolio of federal contracts.
• Improve digital tools and workflows for accredited representatives assisting Veterans.
• Work closely with VA stakeholders, engineers, and designers to deliver user-centered solutions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate product releases and manage backlogs to ensure high-impact delivery.
• Maintain a consultant mindset to balance client needs with user requirements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation or security clearance.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager in federal, health IT, or enterprise systems.
• Strong skills in backlog management, prioritization, and agile delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree.
