What you will do

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities to Agile delivery teams and key stakeholders.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs by creating, refining, and managing user stories based on business value.
• Act as the primary point of contact for development teams, providing guidance and decision-making support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet operational and technical requirements.
• Manage product delivery timelines, scope, and priorities while balancing competing business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback and monitoring product performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in product management, product ownership, operations, or systems analysis.
• Experience managing product backlogs and defining user stories.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with Agile delivery teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.
• Must be based in the United States.
