Location: Hybrid (Austin, TX) - in-office 4 days a week

What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical and specialized roles across Engineering, Product, and Data.
- Partner strategically with hiring managers and leadership to define talent needs and create targeted sourcing strategies.
- Build and nurture strong technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring consistent and transparent interactions throughout the journey.
- Implement creative closing strategies to align candidate motivations with the company's mission.
- Maintain and optimize ATS/CRM workflows and contribute to interviewing and onboarding best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to partner with executives and influence hiring decisions using data and market insights.
- Demonstrated success in building diverse pipelines and sourcing niche technical talent.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with modern ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Must be based in Austin, TX, and able to work in-office 4 days a week.
