What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for diverse technical and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Coordinate interview processes, gather feedback, and guide hiring decisions.
• Manage offer creation, negotiations, and candidate closing.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and contribute to operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech or agency environments.
• Proven experience recruiting across both technical and non-technical functions.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
