TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Partner (SaaS): Scaling the US-based Enterprise GTM team by owning the full-cycle recruitment process for AEs, CSMs, and Pre-Sales roles with an accent on proactive sourcing and AI-powered tools. Focus on building high-quality talent pipelines from scratch, designing hiring processes, and optimizing recruitment metrics.

Location: Must be based in New York and able to commute to the office 3 times per week

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Enterprise GTM roles, including AEs, CSMs, and Pre-Sales.
  • Drive proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, boolean search, direct outreach, and AI-powered tools.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring criteria and align on priorities.
  • Develop and execute the talent strategy and hiring plan for all US-based roles.
  • Champion employer branding initiatives and represent hirify.global at external events.
  • Maintain ATS records and track key metrics such as pipeline conversion and time-to-hire.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in high-tech, focusing on enterprise GTM roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in proactive sourcing and building pipelines from scratch.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, including interviews and offer negotiations.
  • Proven ability to use recruitment data and metrics to drive informed hiring decisions.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI and automation tools into daily recruitment workflows.
  • Ability to commute to the New York office 3 times per week.
