What you will do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles from kickoff through offer acceptance.
- Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and creative outreach strategies.
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to define hiring strategies and ideal candidate profiles.
- Manage interview processes to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Optimize recruiting operations, maintain accurate pipeline reporting, and improve interview quality.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on GTM hiring.
- Demonstrated success recruiting high-performing enterprise sales and commercial talent.
- Strong sourcing experience with a track record of building passive candidate pipelines.
- Experience using ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Experience recruiting for venture-backed startups or high-growth technology companies.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI, SaaS, enterprise software, MarTech, or AdTech industries.
