What you will do

• Own the strategic direction and value narrative of engagements from discovery through delivery.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships through credibility and demonstrated impact.
• Lead day-to-day execution in partnership with Client Principals and senior leadership triads.
• Facilitate executive discovery, alignment, and decision-making workshops.
• Translate business intent into clear priorities for technical and delivery teams.
• Drive pre-sales processes, including shaping solutions and developing compelling proposals.

Requirements

• Senior consultant, senior manager, or director experience in a consultancy environment.
• Proven leadership of complex engagements across data, AI, and end-to-end software builds.
• Direct experience working with senior executives and business stakeholders.
• Ability to drive non-technical success factors like change management and adoption.
• Strong communication skills for drafting and presenting strategies and recommendations.
