What you will do

• Articulate the value of Pega’s agentic AI platform, workflow orchestration, and real-time decisioning to drive business outcomes.
• Lead value-focused discovery sessions and executive presentations to translate complex challenges into clear solution approaches.
• Partner with sales leadership to shape account strategies, opportunity narratives, and executive-level messaging.
• Position new operating models enabled by AI-driven execution to enterprise clients.
• Translate complex business processes and data relationships into high-level solution architectures.
• Continuously refine consultative skills and share best practices across the Solutions Consulting community.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, solution architecture, or client-facing technical presales.
• Proven history of partnering with sales teams to shape deal strategy and value propositions.
• Strong experience bridging business vision with technical execution and managing senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success positioning automation, AI, decisioning, or CRM platforms in an enterprise context.
• Ability to lead client presentations, demos, and executive conversations effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to reason about complex business processes and data relationships.
