What you will do

• Execute functional, performance, and stress test plans for legacy and next-generation optical modems in a factory environment.
• Analyze, document, and communicate test results and defects to development teams.
• Participate in root cause analysis and issue resolution alongside senior engineers.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and tools to reduce cycle time and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional hardware, software, and firmware engineering teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, or Optical Engineering.
• Foundational knowledge of optical communication principles including lasers, photodetectors, and optical fiber.
• Hands-on experience with laboratory test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and optical power meters.
• Proficiency in Python or MATLAB for test automation.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
