What you will do

• Own the verification of autonomy platform software against defined requirements.
• Develop and maintain test infrastructure, including simulation environments and CI pipelines.
• Define and implement statistical analysis methods to evaluate platform performance across large datasets.
• Act as a central point of contact for verifying code modules such as localization, motion planning, and control.
• Create tools and methodologies to streamline and automate verification processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate software releases prior to physical deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline (MS/PhD preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in automotive, robotics, or a related industry.
• Proven experience in systems engineering, verification and validation (V&V), and working with requirements.
• Strong software development skills in Python, C++, or Rust.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistics.
• Solid understanding of autonomous vehicle stacks, sensors, compute, and actuators.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and launching products in the autonomous vehicle or robotics industries.
• Experience with high-fidelity simulation systems.
• Experience building software systems from scratch.
