What you will do

• Automate performance benchmarking processes and enhance existing automation frameworks.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the system stack including OS, network, storage, and CPU.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD Jenkins pipelines for continuous benchmarking.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and functional teams to define technical system requirements.
• Deploy test infrastructure on vSphere, AWS, and Azure platforms.
• Conduct automation code reviews to ensure quality, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering or related technical roles.
• Deep understanding of Windows operating systems internals and performance characteristics.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting languages including Python, PowerShell, Groovy, Java, or C++.
• Strong experience with CI/CD practices and continuous benchmarking methodologies.
• Expertise in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
• Ability to deploy test infrastructure and configure OS/Active Directory/DNS.
