What you will do

• Lead complex customer programs from development through commercialization.
• Serve as the primary interface between customers and hirify.global throughout the program lifecycle.
• Drive cross-functional teams to meet quality, timeline, and financial objectives.
• Manage forecasting, invoicing, revenue recognition, and other program financials.
• Ensure compliance with program management standards and maintain accurate Planview data.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, escalate when required, and support KPI tracking and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Extensive experience managing complex programs in biotech, pharmaceutical, or CDMO environments.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience managing customer relationships and program financials.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
• Experience with New Product Introduction and transitioning products from clinical development through commercialization.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Advanced degree in life sciences or a related field.
