What you will do

• Partner with technology and business leaders to shape high-priority initiatives and determine optimal execution models.
• Establish program foundations, including governance structures, operating rhythms, and success metrics.
• Lead multiple concurrent complex programs spanning Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations.
• Design and implement repeatable program management standards and frameworks to improve organizational execution quality.
• Facilitate executive decision-making by synthesizing complex information and framing strategic tradeoffs.
• Coach other program managers and cross-functional leaders on risk management and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, program management, or management consulting.
• Proven track record of leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives across multiple organizations.
• Ability to translate executive priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to quickly develop expertise in new domains and technologies.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders without direct authority.
• Must be based in New York, NY
