Lead Program Manager, Technology

Location: New York, New York office

Salary: $188,000–$242,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with Technology and business leaders to identify, assess, and shape high-priority initiatives.
• Establish governance structures, operating rhythms, stakeholder alignment models, success metrics, and execution frameworks.
• Lead concurrent programs across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and other business functions.
• Assess portfolio health, identify systemic risks and dependencies, and improve execution quality.
• Facilitate executive decisions by synthesizing complex information and framing prioritization, sequencing, and investment tradeoffs.
• Coach program managers and leaders while building reusable playbooks, templates, and operating mechanisms.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, program management, product operations, business operations, or a related cross-functional leadership role.
• Experience leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams or business functions.
• Ability to translate emerging strategies and executive priorities into actionable plans, operating models, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong business acumen, systems thinking, judgment, and technical fluency.
• Experience defining ownership models, governance mechanisms, decision-making frameworks, and operating rhythms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
