What you will do

• Drive execution of key health plan strategic priorities and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Translate strategic objectives into detailed implementation plans, workstreams, and measurable deliverables.
• Establish governance structures and operating cadences to ensure accountability and visibility.
• Lead the operationalization of new health plan partnerships, delegated benefit arrangements, and product launches.
• Align diverse stakeholders across Product, Operations, Compliance, and Finance to support decision-making.
• Coach and empower team members to meet the evolving needs of the health plan organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 12+ years of experience within a health plan organization in strategy, operations, or program management.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-scale strategic initiatives with executive visibility.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or Public Health (Master's preferred).
• Deep understanding of the interdependencies between operational, compliance, and technology functions in health plans.
