Senior Analyst, Commercial Finance

Location: Fully remote; work from a home office or another suitable remote location with reliable high-speed internet.

Salary: $127,000–$135,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and refine revenue and commercial operating expense forecasts, including volume, price, reimbursement, operational drivers, and unit economics.
• Analyze actual results against plans and forecasts, identify variance drivers, and recommend actions.
• Lead annual planning, long-range planning, forecast updates, scenario analysis, and business-case development for commercial initiatives.
• Build and improve financial models, reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools using complex financial and operational data.
• Prepare executive and Board-level analyses, exhibits, narratives, and supporting schedules.
• Partner with FP&A, Commercial, Accounting, Revenue Cycle, Market Access, and Enterprise Analytics on decision support and data quality improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in FP&A, investor relations, strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, or another analytically rigorous finance environment.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, business-case development, financial analysis, and scenario planning skills.
• Experience analyzing revenue, volume, unit economics, operational performance, and large complex datasets.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver accurate work under tight deadlines, and respond to ad hoc requests.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory testing, life sciences, reimbursement, or another complex revenue environment.
• Experience preparing or supporting Board-level materials.
