Finance & Strategy Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote from any US state except Alaska, or from any hirify.global office in the US

Salary: $108,200–$202,800 USD annually, depending on location zone

What you will do

• Partner with Financial Operations, Product, Data Science, Legal, and Accounting on strategic commercial partnerships.
• Develop financial and strategic perspectives on partner relationships using market trends, competitive intelligence, and internal data.
• Lead financial modeling and deal advisory for negotiations involving pricing tiers, volume commitments, and incentive structures.
• Forecast variable costs across hirify.global's brands and explain changes driven by transaction volume and mix.
• Lead cross-functional projects from problem framing through recommendation and execution.
• Build dashboards, SQL queries, and automated reporting to surface analytics at scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic or corporate finance, or management consulting.
• Experience modeling commercial negotiations, contracts, or partnerships and translating signed terms into forecasts.
• Ability to form and defend recommendations from incomplete market, competitive, and internal information.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and comfort with SQL and AI-assisted analytics tools.
• Experience owning ambiguous work end to end and leading projects with multiple cross-functional partners.
