Senior Financial Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Remote, based in the United States

Salary: $92,000–$150,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Partner with growth vertical leaders on strategic planning, investment decisions, and business performance.
• Own revenue and operating expense forecasts and improve forecast accuracy.
• Build and enhance financial models for scenario planning, pricing analysis, investments, and new business initiatives.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, variance analyses, executive summaries, and recommendations.
• Analyze financial and business KPIs to identify risks, opportunities, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
• 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or another highly analytical finance role.
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting experience, including scalable business-planning and scenario-analysis models.
• Experience owning budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, plus experience with financial reporting systems and business intelligence tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth technology or fintech organizations.
• Experience partnering with Product, Marketing, or Growth teams.
• Experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or similar tools.
• Experience improving financial planning processes through automation or process optimization.
