Deals Services - Supervisor, Strategic Finance and FP&A, Advanced Decision Modeling (Boston/Hybrid)

Location: Boston, hybrid; role designated for the USA and Canada. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Salary: $101,000–$203,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Execute and review complex financial analyses and integrated financial models for strategic finance, FP&A, and transaction-related engagements.
• Develop operating, cash flow, valuation, and transaction models supporting planning, investment, and deal decisions.
• Analyze historical and current financial data to assess performance, growth opportunities, risks, and client objectives.
• Support mergers and acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, capital structure initiatives, and related due diligence.
• Prepare and review client-ready analyses, schedules, and presentation materials for management and executive audiences.
• Coordinate engagement workstreams, monitor delivery, address issues, and guide junior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced experience developing integrated models covering income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Strong valuation skills using income and market approaches.
• Experience supporting client-facing engagements or internal stakeholders in consulting, advisory, banking, or corporate environments.
• Flexibility to meet client deadlines and engagement demands, including periodic peak workloads.

Nice to have

• Experience in strategic finance, FP&A, valuation, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development.
• Experience modeling equity, debt, and hybrid instruments.
• Experience building consolidated or business-unit forecasts using bottom-up and top-down approaches.
• Experience reviewing management-ready presentations and guiding junior team members.
• CPA, CFA, or progress toward a relevant professional certification.
