What you will do

• Review and post payments received through various channels to open balances in the system.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, including duplicate payments and overpayments.
• Communicate with internal team members to resolve incoming inquiries.
• Perform office administrative duties related to incoming and outgoing mail.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Itasca, IL.
• Previous experience in an accounting environment is preferred.
