What you will do

• Execute data entry for the Accounts Receivable team, including cash posting, invoice creation, and revenue loading.
• Prepare accurate customer billing and manage aging schedules to identify past due accounts.
• Prepare journal entries related to revenue and receivables to support timely month-end closing.
• Reconcile A/R aging to the General Ledger and provide monthly analysis.
• Assist in bank reconciliations and support the annual audit preparation.
• Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP and corporate HIPAA policies.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in accounting or High School Diploma with equivalent experience.
• 2 years of industry or accounting experience required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 50 down/10 up Mbps) for remote work.
