Salary: $115K – $130K

What you will do

• Own brand voice and copy across all channels, including campaigns, web, email, and events.
• Provide art direction for video and design output to ensure high visual quality.
• Manage end-to-end campaign creative direction from concept and briefing to final sign-off.
• Maintain the quality bar and brand consistency for everything shipped by the Creative Studio.
• Lead and mentor a Copywriter and a Sr. Video Production Manager.
• Collaborate with Creative Ops to manage production traffic and workflows.

Requirements

• Experience as an ACD or a Senior Copywriter ready to step into a leadership role.
• Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to articulate why specific creative choices work.
• Versatility across B2B SaaS clarity, consumer warmth, and editorial voices.
• Strong eye for design and video production.
• Basic fluency in AEO/SEO and an understanding of AI-driven search.
• Low ego and a hands-on approach to elevating the work of others.
