Associate Product Manager (AI)

Location: New York City; on-site, with in-person work required 4–5 days per week

Salary: $150,000–$220,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Conduct customer discovery and translate insights into product opportunities.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and requirements definition.
• Create clear product specifications, workflows, and edge-case definitions.
• Partner with Engineering to evaluate tradeoffs and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Own features and cross-functional initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Use product data and customer feedback to measure outcomes and improve products and product development practices.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, product operations, management consulting, or a related role in a high-growth technology company.
• Strong technical foundation with an ability to understand system architecture, APIs, data flows, and engineering tradeoffs.
• Excellent written communication skills, including product specifications and structured recommendations.
• Proven ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Willingness to work in person at the New York City office 4–5 days per week.
