What you will do

• Own end-to-end payroll processing, tax filings, and compliance across all applicable US states.
• Administer and maintain core HRIS (HiBob) and performance platforms (Lattice), managing workflows and data integrity.
• Manage system integrations across HRIS, performance, payroll, and benefits tools.
• Lead configuration changes, new module rollouts, and system upgrades.
• Build automated workflows to reduce manual HR administration.
• Deliver dashboards and reporting to support workforce planning and OKRs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience running payroll and HRIS/HCM systems.
• HR Generalist or HRBP background with broad exposure across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience working with clients in consulting, professional services, PEOs, or agencies.
• Hands-on administrator experience with HiBob and Lattice.
• Must be based in one of the following US states: FL, CO, IL, MA, NH, RI, ME, CT, GA, SC, NC, TX.
• Deep knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance, tax, and wage/hour requirements.
