People Operations Generalist

Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 base salary + bonus

What you will do

• Process bi-monthly payroll with high accuracy and ensure multi-state compliance.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Administer employee benefits and support annual enrollment in partnership with brokers.
• Maintain and optimize HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and system efficiency.
• Support leave management and worker's compensation programs.
• Contribute to process-building and documentation to help the team scale effectively.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in People Ops or HR operations.
• Direct experience with multi-state payroll ownership.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly advanced spreadsheet features.
• Proven ability to improve processes, audits, and system enhancements.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with ADP HRIS.
• Experience with Slack and Microsoft Teams.
