Senior Specialist (Global Benefits and AI)

Location: Fully remote; candidates must be based within UTC -1 to UTC +3. The role is listed for EMEA, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Portugal, Romania, and Slovakia.

Salary: PLN 170,000–PLN 220,000 in Poland, plus equity.

What you will do

• Monitor global benefits trends, regulatory changes, and market developments across multiple regions.
• Manage broker and vendor relationships, negotiate coverage and costs, and lead vendor scorecards and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Resolve complex international benefits escalations and advise customers, team members, Sales, and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain global benefits guides, FAQs, and self-serve documentation.
• Train internal teams and lead webinars and live AMA sessions on international benefits.
• Audit workflows, analyze ticket trends, and use AI and automation to scale country-specific documentation and processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of global benefits experience, including international benefits design, compliance, and vendor management.
• Hands-on experience with benefits landscapes, statutory requirements, and market practices across multiple regions such as AMER, EMEA, APAC, or LATAM.
• Knowledge of international fringe benefits tax frameworks and related employee and employer tax liabilities.
• Experience managing vendors, running QBRs, creating scorecards, and working with customers and matrixed internal teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, advisory, and commercial problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and a reliable home internet connection are required.

• Professional fluency in additional languages.
• Experience working with or within an Employer of Record model.
• Experience implementing AI tools or automated workflows in benefits, HR, or Operations.
• Background in a fast-scaling startup or global technology environment.
