Salary: $143,000 – $210,000

What you will do

• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets for data center security, including forecasting, tracking actuals, and reducing variance.
• Establish the security organization's Rhythm of Business (RoB) through standardized templates, spend reviews, and reporting.
• Lead security vendor contracting, developing MSA and SOW templates in partnership with Legal to ensure commercial protection.
• Standardize procurement processes and guide the execution of purchase orders (POs) for security goods and services.
• Conduct end-to-end RFPs, including scoping and stakeholder evaluations, to drive competitive sourcing.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs and manage the full contract lifecycle and renewals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, finance, or procurement, preferably in data center or physical security environments.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale OPEX/CAPEX budgets and performing variance analysis.
• Deep understanding of vendor contracting (MSAs, SOWs) and competitive RFP processes.
• Proficiency with financial and procurement tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, NetSuite, Coupa, or SAP Ariba.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, green card holder, refugee, or asylee) or eligible for export control authorization.
• Strong alignment with US-based location requirements.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP, CPSM, or CPM.
