Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 plus commission

What you will do

• Build and manage a distribution network in the North territory (ND, SD, NE, MN, IA, WI, IL).
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new distribution partners independently and via the MetLife partnership.
• Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to achieve bookings and revenue targets.
• Educate partners and MetLife teams on product value propositions and sales best practices.
• Evaluate partner performance and implement initiatives to improve productivity.
• Conduct product demonstrations and support partners throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 5+ years of channel sales experience, preferably within Employee Benefits.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with brokers, HR leaders, and CISOs.
• Ability to travel extensively and on short notice.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales and territory business plans.

Nice to have

• Insurance or benefits administration experience.
• Identity theft or cybersecurity domain experience.
