What you will do

• Develop and execute regional channel strategies aligned with overall company goals.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential channel partners across the Western U.S.
• Collaborate with partners to build and drive pipeline through joint marketing campaigns and account mapping.
• Enable partners by providing the tools, knowledge, and support needed to sell solutions effectively.
• Set performance metrics and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to evaluate partner effectiveness.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or alliances within cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
• Proven success building and scaling a channel program, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong existing relationships with VARs, MSSPs, and other key players in the Western U.S. territory.
• Deep understanding of the data security or cybersecurity market.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel as needed.
