What you will do

• Develop a holistic global marketing strategy to acquire and grow consumer (non-gaming) advertisers.
• Conduct industry research to create data-backed, customer-centric positioning and messaging.
• Lead end-to-end GTM initiatives, including sales narratives, webinars, and research reports.
• Collaborate with Product teams to align the roadmap with market needs and launch new features.
• Define success metrics for marketing initiatives and optimize strategies based on performance insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in marketing or GTM roles.
• 3+ years of experience specifically in the mobile app performance marketing industry.
• Deep understanding of user acquisition, monetization, and the app marketing ecosystem.
• Proven ability to execute global strategies that drive acquisition and revenue growth.
• Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex technical concepts into narratives.
• Must be based in the United States.
