What you will do

• Define and own the strategic roadmap for technical storytelling, demos, and product experiences across Okta and Auth0 portfolios.
• Lead the creation of proof-of-concepts and hands-on experiences that prove the "Okta Secures AI" value proposition for enterprise and developer audiences.
• Champion and implement AI-powered tools to accelerate the production of technical marketing content and demos.
• Lead, mentor, and grow two pods consisting of Demo & Experience Architects and Technical Content Specialists.
• Partner with Product Management, Sales Engineering, and PMM to align technical narratives with GTM motions and influence the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with Competitive Intelligence to integrate differentiated proof points into technical storytelling.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical product functions (Technical PMM, SE, or PM) within SaaS or enterprise software.
• 5+ years of experience in people management, leading high-performing technical teams.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in building product demos and proof-of-concepts for skeptical technical audiences.
• Hands-on fluency with AI-powered tools for content creation and a strong understanding of the agentic AI landscape.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply to both developers and C-level executives.
• Must be based in or able to work from one of the specified office locations: Bellevue, Chicago, San Francisco, or Toronto.
