What you will do

• Lead and grow the Field Planning & Performance team to support organizational scaling.
• Design and manage go-to-market coverage models, territory planning, and quota methodologies.
• Develop field incentive compensation programs that align with corporate objectives and drive sales performance.
• Own long-range revenue modeling, annual target setting, and predictive forecasting.
• Establish global operating rhythms and performance analytics to provide leadership with actionable business insights.
• Partner with Finance, People, and regional RevOps leaders to ensure consistent planning standards across segments.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or sales strategy.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with U.S. export control regulations.
• Deep expertise in territory design, quota planning, and sales compensation for complex B2B organizations.
• Strong command of revenue modeling, forecasting, and financial planning methodologies.
• Proven track record in change management and leading high-performing operational teams.
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in CRM and revenue intelligence tooling.
