What you will do

• Own end-to-end GTM planning and execution for new product surfaces and features.
• Manage the growth P&L across paid (X/Meta), organic social, and email/CRM channels.
• Build budget allocation models to maximize user growth and retention within CAC targets.
• Lead organic social strategy and the content calendar for Playbook.
• Design and implement lifecycle programs and gamified incentives to improve retention.
• Analyze user behavior cohorts to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in marketing and growth.
• Industry experience in sports betting, gaming, or affiliate/media.
• Proven track record of managing paid/organic acquisition with CAC/LTV accountability.
• Experience building and scaling retention and lifecycle programs.
• Hands-on experience launching GTM plans for new products.
• English: Fluent/Advanced proficiency required (CV and interviews in English)

• Experience with growth mechanics like referrals, streaks, and deeplinks.
• Ability to operate across US, UK, and Brazilian regulatory environments.
