What you will do

• Own strategy, execution, and optimization across paid social channels, specifically Meta and TikTok.
• Develop a testing roadmap for audience strategy, bidding, and creative to improve efficiency and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with TikTok and Meta account teams to leverage beta features and platform capabilities.
• Analyze MMP and backend data to provide budget recommendations and executive reporting.
• Partner with Data Science to validate attribution and optimize toward key KPIs.
• Work with Creative teams to build channel-specific strategies and establish rapid feedback loops.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on user acquisition experience focusing on paid social for consumer apps.
• Deep expertise in scaling large-scale programs on Meta and TikTok.
• Proficiency with mobile measurement platforms such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Singular.
• Experience in gaming, fintech, or sports betting environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience managing and developing team members.

Nice to have

• Proven track record of scaling TikTok from an early stage.
• Experience implementing AI-driven workflows or automation to improve UA efficiency.
• Familiarity with SQL or BI tools like Sigma, Looker, or Tableau.
