What you will do

• Manage multi-disciplinary programs for developing new or uplifting existing technical systems.
• Oversee all phases of the SDLC and Change Management framework.
• Define and actively manage program scope, resources, budgets, timelines, and dependencies.
• Design and maintain reporting dashboards to communicate progress to firm leadership.
• Collaborate with Senior Compliance Officers to define functional requirements for software solutions.
• Monitor delivery timelines and escalate risks to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in project management or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with SDLC and Change Management frameworks.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Experience using Microsoft Project, PowerBI, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Must be based in New York, NY
