What you will do

• Own a portfolio of new customer implementations end-to-end, from kickoff to go-live.
• Perform technical configuration of close checklists, reconciliations, flux, and reporting.
• Debug ERP integrations, specifically focusing on NetSuite depth, permissions, and multi-entity structures.
• Train accounting teams from staff level to controllers on running an AI-first close.
• Codify the services motion by building playbooks, phased templates, and AI agents to automate repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to resolve blockers and ensure clean handoffs to Customer Success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally as an accounting manager or technical accounting manager who has owned a monthly close.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder software implementations or systems migrations.
• Strong depth in ERPs, especially NetSuite, and how financial data moves between systems.
• Strong communication skills to provide confident, opinionated guidance to controllers and CAOs.
• AI fluency and a bias for action, using AI tools to automate delivery work.
• Must be based in San Francisco or New York.

Nice to have

• Prior implementation or solutions consulting experience at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience with multi-entity and/or multi-currency accounting.
• Exposure to audit processes and internal control frameworks.
• Ability to write and run basic SQL queries.
