What you will do

• Lead the implementation of the AI platform by defining project scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
• Act as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders, driving alignment and accountability.
• Coordinate internal experts and customer stakeholders to manage expectations and project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner with architects and developers to translate business requirements into technical user stories.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale IT implementation projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and QA coordination.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based software solutions and web applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong English communication skills are required for working with North American and global markets.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
• Experience with web development or software engineering.
• Knowledge of enterprise search, indexing technologies, or Salesforce ecosystems.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environment.
