Location: Canada, including Alberta and British Columbia

What you will do
- Lead implementation projects by defining scope, objectives, milestones, and success criteria.
- Act as the primary delivery lead and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders.
- Coordinate customers, internal experts, architects, developers, and project resources.
- Maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Manage changes, risks, mitigation strategies, status reporting, and executive updates.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and implementation decisions that maximize customer value.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience managing large-scale IT implementation projects.
- At least 5 years of experience gathering requirements, producing technical documentation, and coordinating quality assurance activities.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based software solutions and web applications.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Strong English communication skills are required for working with English-speaking customers and stakeholders across North America and global markets.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Project management certification such as PMP or Scrum Master.
- Experience with web development or software engineering.
- Knowledge of enterprise search, indexing technologies, Salesforce ecosystems, Certinia, or Mavenlink.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or customer implementation environments.
