Salary: $88,200 – $121,200 CAD

What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle for complex IT and business initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop comprehensive project artifacts including charters, schedules, cost plans, and risk registers.
• Define and manage resource plans to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Provide oversight to external delivery partners and vendors, holding them accountable to contractual commitments.
• Monitor project health through standard governance, status reports, and presentations to executive steering committees.
• Conduct project retrospectives and lessons learned reviews to drive continuous improvement within the CPMO.

Requirements

• Must be a Canadian resident or citizen with 5+ years of residency in Canada.
• Must hold or be eligible for Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).
• 15+ years of progressive project management experience in IT initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience managing large, complex, multi-year digital transformation programs.
• Full knowledge of PMI standards and frameworks (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• English proficiency required (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• PMP designation.
• Bilingualism (English/French).
• Experience in healthcare authorization or claims processing implementation.
