What you will do

• Lead Scrum teams in adopting a customer-focused, product-driven operating model.
• Facilitate all Scrum events, remove critical blockers, and coach team members.
• Partner with Product Owners to groom the backlog and deliver on sprint and quarterly plans.
• Collaborate with Technical Program Managers to manage cross-functional programs with co-dependencies.
• Drive a continuous improvement mindset to evolve team practices and delivery of value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience running multiple scrum teams in a SaaS environment.
• 5+ years of experience coaching and mentoring technical Scrum teams.
• Expert knowledge of Agile Software Development and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence without authority in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with business systems like Salesforce, Workday, or Financial Management tools.

Nice to have

• Scrum Leader certification (CSM, A-CSM, etc.).
• Product Owner certification (CSPO or equivalent).
