What you will do

• Own the roadmap and delivery plan for operations software connecting BMS, EPMS, SCADA, and OT telemetry.
• Lead a cross-functional team of software developers, AI specialists, and analysts using an agile-light delivery model.
• Translate site and operational requirements into user stories, process maps, and interface specifications.
• Deliver and optimize platforms including Jira Service Management, Octave asset databases, and MOC workflows.
• Establish asset and operational data governance, including source-of-truth decisions and asset hierarchies.
• Manage delivery governance, including budgets, RAID logs, vendor performance, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• 7+ years of technical project or product delivery experience implementing business-critical software.
• Proven success leading software delivery teams using Scrum or Kanban with a focus on practical execution.
• Strong knowledge of systems integration concepts including APIs, databases, telemetry, and identity management.
• Experience supporting 24x7 operating environments such as data centers, utilities, or industrial operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in the AMER region.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with BMS, EPMS, SCADA, OT networks, or MQTT.
• Experience with Jira Service Management, EAM/CMMS, or Octave/Hexagon.
• Exposure to AI-enabled predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, or operational analytics.
• Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or ITIL certifications.
