Salary: $95,000 - 120,000 + Bonus structure

What you will do

• Develop and nurture referral relationships with healthcare systems, physicians, and criminal justice partners.
• Track and analyze referral data to optimize growth strategies and measure performance.
• Coordinate with regional operations leaders to align sales priorities with clinical capacity.
• Execute territory plans and meet activity KPIs through in-person and virtual meetings.
• Manage customer accounts and documentation within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Marketing or Business preferred).
• 5+ years of combined experience in healthcare, business sales, or clinical environments.
• Proven ability to build referral networks and establish clinical credibility.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to travel 50% within the greater Alabama area.

Nice to have

• Experience calling on complex health systems.
• CRM proficiency.
• Knowledge of Substance Use or Opioid Use Disorders.
• Experience interfacing with the criminal justice system.
