Location: Remote (USA). Must be based in US Zones A–C; candidates from Zone D markets (e.g., San Francisco, New York City, San Jose) are not being considered.
Salary: $93,850 – $122,856 per year

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of complex clients with 3m+ ARR, focusing on retention, upsell, and relationship deepening.
- Develop client strategies and measurable goals to define desired business outcomes.
- Partner with marketing teams to execute holistic member engagement and utilization strategies.
- Deliver recurrent business reviews demonstrating clinical impact and progress towards ROI.
- Negotiate price increases during renewals and expand the adoption of IH services.
- Mitigate churn risk by serving as a client advocate and engaging cross-functional business partners.
Requirements
- 5+ years of client success experience serving Fortune 500 clients in benefits and healthcare.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence executives.
- Strong data analysis skills to derive actionable insights for client value delivery.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment with high ambiguity.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in digital health point solutions, carriers, TPAs, or population health management firms.
