What you will do

  • Develop and execute tailored account strategies to align client goals with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at health systems.
  • Use analytics and storytelling to demonstrate value and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Navigate complex organizations to negotiate contracts and resolve high-level issues.
  • Prepare executive leadership for key client engagements and ensure internal alignment.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or consulting.
  • Proven track record of building and managing relationships at the VP level and above.
  • Experience securing contract renewals and expansions within the healthcare tech industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product capabilities.
  • Self-starter mentality with experience working across product, engineering, and marketing departments.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
