What you will do
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies to align client goals with business objectives.
- Build and maintain consultative relationships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at health systems.
- Use analytics and storytelling to demonstrate value and identify expansion opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Navigate complex organizations to negotiate contracts and resolve high-level issues.
- Prepare executive leadership for key client engagements and ensure internal alignment.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or consulting.
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships at the VP level and above.
- Experience securing contract renewals and expansions within the healthcare tech industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product capabilities.
- Self-starter mentality with experience working across product, engineering, and marketing departments.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
