What you will do

• Serve as the primary relationship owner and project manager for assigned Medscape Medical Affairs accounts.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, and Content teams to ensure on-time project execution.
• Manage timelines for digital programs and evaluate the effectiveness of client programs to recommend improvements.
• Maintain business relationships with pharmaceutical and medical device clients in collaboration with sales teams.
• Implement project processes and procedures, managing overall scope and execution timelines.
• Deliver and discuss performance reporting to ensure client objectives are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of account or project management experience in a digital/healthcare agency setting.
• Must be located in the United States.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to excel in a deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of medical terminology or experience in medical publishing/agency environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office and task management systems such as Salesforce, JIRA, or Workfront.
