What you will do

• Support the AMER sales process by providing expert demonstrations of hirify.global core and related solutions.
• Develop strategic solutions and proposals for complex customer requirements.
• Partner with sales and product teams to understand customer needs and create tailored solutions.
• Research market opportunities, customer pain points, emerging technologies, and industry regulations.
• Advise customers on contract lifecycle management and build relationships focused on satisfaction and retention.
• Drive innovation, thought leadership, partner programs, enablement, and team compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles with a proven record of success.
• Expert knowledge of contract lifecycle management and its evolving trends.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to develop strategic solutions for complex customer requirements.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to all organizational levels.
• Experience with customer acquisition, relationship management, satisfaction, and retention.
• Proven leadership, collaboration, initiative, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
