What you will do

  • Define and execute a global sales enablement strategy aligned with commercial priorities and segment needs.
  • Lead and manage a team of four enablement professionals with clear work-stream ownership.
  • Champion AI-powered microlearning approaches, including role plays, practice pods, and in-flow delivery.
  • Partner with global sales leadership and operations to ensure enablement is anchored to commercial priorities.
  • Define and track critical KPIs, including ramp time, program adoption, and revenue impact.
  • Manage the enablement tech stack (Highspot, Gong, Salesforce, AI platforms) and the tools budget.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Illinois, USA for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial enablement within high-growth SaaS or legal tech, including team leadership.
  • Expertise in modern learning design, specifically microlearning, AI-assisted content, and spaced repetition.
  • Proven track record of building programs that directly impact ramp time and quota attainment.
  • Proficiency with Highspot, Gong, Salesforce, and AI enablement platforms.
  • Strong change management expertise and the ability to influence executive sales leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience in legal tech, law firm sales, or the professional services market.
  • Familiarity with the hirify.global product ecosystem or the e-discovery space.
  • Experience building or scaling an enablement function from a low-maturity baseline.
