Sr. Learning Experience Designer

Location: New York, New York; hybrid

Base salary: $123,600–$151,850 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle instructional design for eLearning, virtual instructor-led training, job aids, microlearning, and blended learning programs.
• Develop production-quality multimedia content using Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-based learning tools.
• Create facilitator guides, participant workbooks, slide decks, and digital job aids aligned with hirify.global’s brand and voice.
• Translate business needs and learning objectives into engaging, measurable content with subject matter experts and People Business Partners.
• Upload, test, deploy, maintain, and improve learning content in the LMS using learner feedback and program data.
• Collaborate across the Global Talent team to support management, onboarding, leadership, and skills-based learning programs.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or Agile methodologies and adult learning theory.
• Experience designing eLearning, instructor-led, blended, microlearning, and performance-support content.
• Proficiency with Articulate 360, including Storyline and/or Rise, is required.
• Ability to manage full course development lifecycles, multiple projects, deadlines, and LMS deployment independently.
• Strong written communication, visual design sensibility, collaboration skills, and ability to write in an authentic brand voice.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vyond and Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, Illustrator, or Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Seismic or other LMS platforms.
