Manager, Clinical Quality Training (Healthcare)

Location: Remote-MO; candidates will be considered nationally within the United States

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Manage training and educational programs for the Quality department.
• Assess individual and group training needs for corporate and field staff.
• Develop training aids, materials, and computer-based learning content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports and recommendations for management.
• Assess the use of external vendors and manage training budgets and travel plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of training experience within the relevant function, preferably in managed care or insurance.
• Knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning styles, and evaluation methods for measuring organizational impact and ROI.
• Experience leading functional work, managing cross-functional teams, or supervising staff, including hiring, training, assigning work, and performance management.
• Familiarity with computer-based training tools, vendors, and technology-based training platforms.
• Preferred: nursing license, experience with STAR measures, HEDIS, supplemental and medical record review activities, and at least 2 years of leadership experience.
