What you will do

• Provide expert demonstrations of hirify.global core and AI-related solutions.
• Develop strategic solutions and proposals for complex customer requirements aligned with company vision.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to understand and meet customer needs.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market opportunities and customer pain points.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, focusing on satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry regulations to improve solution advisory.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles with a proven track record.
• Expert knowledge of the contract lifecycle management (CLM) space and evolving trends.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategic solutions for complex requirements.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for articulating complex ideas.
• Must be based in the United States.
