What you will do

• Develop and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex origination products and systems.
• Design and implement strategies to drive member acquisition and long-term business growth.
• Manage and monitor KPIs, including NPS, P&L performance, and financial projections.
• Partner with Credit Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Analyze member behaviors and market trends to identify and surface opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee the full product development life cycle, from research and UX design to delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in product management or development with platform technology.
• Experience overseeing all elements of the product development life cycle.
• Proven experience managing highly effective cross-functional teams.
• Experience determining product strategies based on the voice of the customer.
• Experience managing and maintaining vendor relationships.
