What you will do

• Align software engineering teams, business stakeholders, and product groups around enterprise needs.
• Manage product dependencies, refine roadmaps, establish delivery timelines, and define success metrics.
• Drive roadmap execution and communicate progress through product briefs, status updates, and demos.
• Ensure product adoption and interoperability across the Real Estate Solutions business.
• Work with clients and partners to understand workflows and long-term objectives.
• Translate business needs into collaborative product solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with or leading successful product management or development teams.
• Recent mortgage lending or financial services technology experience.
• Ability to quickly understand complex technology stacks and related solutions.
• Strong decision-making and prioritization skills, including trade-off decisions involving customer needs and technology constraints.
• Track record of delivering quality work on time across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of UX design, technology, and data analysis.

Nice to have

• Mortgage industry experience as a business leader, engineer, technical business analyst, or product manager.
• Experience designing and implementing large-scale event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of Lean Software Development principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
